As soon as Dr. Sameem Akhtar took charge, all the health workers including LT Dipu Tripathi welcomed him enthusiastically. As soon as he took charge, the new superintendent took information about the law and order situation of the hospital and instructed the health workers to be alert about their work. He said that efforts will be made to take health schemes to the people on priority basis and address all the shortcomings and problems of the CHC. Let us tell you that two days ago, when more than three dozen girl students of a college in the area fell ill, they were transferred to Ramnagar by CMO Dr. Ashu Pandey due to hospital arrangements. Dr. Sameem Akhtar has been serving as a senior consultant in CHC Meja for almost 5 years.
