MoU signed in presence of MP for skill development

Meja, Prayagraj (Rajesh Shukla). Meja Urja Nigam Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET), Lucknow to sponsor 30 candidates from its project affected villages for a 90-day residential programme. Candidates selected under the program will be trained in a 480 hour long certification program to become Machine Operator Assistant in Plastic Processing at CIPET campus in Lucknow.

Prayagraj's Member of Parliament, Prof. on the agreement. The signing was done in the presence of Dr. Rita Bahuguna Joshi and Sunil Kumar, Chief Executive Officer, MUNPL. In the agreement, Akhil K.P. on behalf of MUNPL. Patnaik, AGM (HR) and signed by Ratan Kumar, Director and Head, CIPET Lucknow Center on behalf of CIPET. Speaking on the occasion, the MP appreciated the efforts of MUNPL for this initiative organized in line with the Skill India Mission launched by the Government. He suggested MUNPL to continue organizing similar programs in future with the aim of increasing the income of rural women and youth.

Sunil Kumar, CEO, MUNPL, expressed his gratitude to the MP for sparing his valuable time on the occasion and reiterated the commitment of Meja Urja Nigam to continue its efforts under its CSR program for the welfare and development of the deprived sections of the society.
